1 egg

6 pork chops, boneless

1 tsp garlic, crushed

1 tbsp water

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/3 cup arrowroot

1 cup pecan pieces, crushed

1/4 tsp sea salt


In a small bowl, whisk eggs with garlic, water, and Dijon mustard.
In a shallow dish, mix together pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, arrowroot, and sea salt.
Dip pork chop in egg mixture then coats with pecan mixture.
Place coated pork chops onto the cooking tray.
Select AIRFRY mode, then set the temperature to 400 F and the time to 12 minutes, then press start.
When the display shows Add Food then place the cooking tray in the vortex plus air fryer oven.
Flip pork chops halfway through.
Serve and enjoy.
