10 egg roll wrappers
3 avocados, peeled and pitted
1 tomato, diced
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
How to Prepare:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 350ºF (177ºC) and spritz with cooking spray.
2. Pu the tomato and avocados in a food processor. Sprinkle with salt
and ground black pepper. Pulse to mix and coarsely mash until
3. Unfold the wrappers on a clean work surface, then divide the mixture
in the center of each wrapper. Roll the wrapper up and press to seal.
4. Transfer the rolls in the preheated air fryer and spritz with cooking
spray. Air fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the rolls
halfway through. Work in batches to avoid overcrowding.
5. Serve immediately.
